When you see a Physiotherapist you have the reassurance that you are being treated by a professionally registered and insured practitioner.
I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and also the Health Professionals Council.
Having trained and worked in hospitals, I have a better understanding of what happens during surgery and also how to diagnose conditions that require further investigation, or which need to be assessed further by other specialists.
As well as hands-on treatments, such as joint mobilisations and soft tissue release, I have a selection of different treatment modalities I can use, including:
- Gait assessment
- Acupuncture
- Trigger Points
- Pilates
- Strength and exercise advice
- Breathing Techniques
